So it seems bazaar that a business whose very existence relies on customers, has such a negative stance when it comes to the very entity upon which it relies. She went on to criticize American culture, and stated that, "this is a family-owned business" and that it "picks and chooses its customers." She then went on to lament that she did not want "my kind" entering her place of business unless I "acted right." I then asked, "What do you consider acting right?" emphasizing that I had simply asked a basic question concerning an item on the food line. I contacted someone at Anatolia Café to do just that but was met with further rudeness and an unwillingness to acknowledge they had unjustly refused me service. I am also lodging a complaint with the BBB and Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs.Īfter seeking legal advice, it was suggested that I attempt to resolve the issue with the establishment prior to filing a complaint with Georgia State Civil Court.
